    Position Purpose

    The Executive Director: Poultry is responsible for leading the entire poultry value chain, including feed manufacturing, poultry production, processing, logistics, and market delivery. The role carries full Profit and Loss (P&L) accountability and focuses on driving profitability, operational excellence, business growth, and long-term sustainability.

    This is a strategic executive leadership role requiring strong commercial, operational, and people leadership capabilities.

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategic Leadership

    • Develop and execute long-term business strategies.

    • Position the poultry business for sustainable success.
    • Identify opportunities for expansion and operational improvement.

    • Assume full P&L responsibility.

    Minimum Requirements

    Qualifications

    • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in:

    • 10–15 years of senior leadership experience.
    • Executive-level experience within:

    • Proven experience managing large-scale multi-site operations.
    • Full P&L accountability experience.
