     Sales Strategy & Planning

    • Develop and execute regional business plans

    • Provide direction and motivation

     Customer & Account Management

    • Build and maintain relationships with key customers
    • Manage strategic accounts
    • Resolve customer issues effectively

     Sales Performance & Reporting

    • Track sales performance and forecasts
    • Analyse regional sales data
    • Report on sales trends and performance

     Market Analysis

    • Monitor competitors and market trends
    • Identify opportunities and risks
    • Adjust strategies based on insights

     Operations & Resource Management

    • Manage resources (budget, stock, time, tools)
    • Ensure alignment with company policies
    • Oversee execution of sales initiatives

     Administration & Compliance

    • Submit reports (monthly highlights, expenses, etc.)

    • Monitor performance against strategic goals

     Minimum Requirements

    • Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales (FMCG environment)
