Job Description
As an Electrical Technician, you will support engineers and maintenance teams by applying your technical knowledge to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve electrical systems. You’ll also help optimise plant performance while ensuring safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Maintenance
- Provide technical support to engineers and maintenance managers
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues
- Implement solutions to improve system performance
Performance & Delivery
- Meet production and service delivery targets
- Ensure work meets quality, quantity, and deadline requirements
- Manage schedules and communicate delays
Cost & Resource Management
- Work cost-effectively within budgets
- Optimise use of resources and equipment
- Monitor efficiency and performance
Planning & Execution
- Gather and analyse technical data
- Support planning and execution of maintenance tasks
- Ensure smooth workflow and coordination

Minimum Requirements
- Post-school tertiary qualification (Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field)
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
