Role Purpose
This role focuses on converting prospective student leads into actual enrolments. You act as an education sales consultant, guiding students through programme selection and helping them register successfully.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Conversion
- Convert leads into applications and enrolments
- Conduct calls, interviews, and consultations
- Drive student enrolment targets and revenue goals
Lead Management
- Qualify incoming school and digital leads
- Follow up on prospective students
- Maintain accurate tracking of:
- Applications
- Conversions
- Enrolment numbers
Performance Tracking
- Monitor daily, monthly, and annual sales targets
- Track:
- Conversion rates
- Revenue performance
- Student pipeline progress
Student Engagement
- Provide educational guidance and consulting
- Assist students in choosing suitable programmes
- Support students through the full application-to-enrolment journey
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Advanced Diploma
- Minimum 2 years sales experience
- Experience in:
- Account management OR customer relationship management
Advantageous Experience
- Higher education experience
- Teaching exposure (2 years)
- Strong customer-facing background

Work Conditions
