Job Overview
Fidelity Services Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead its Bloemfontein branch. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, the successful candidate will oversee the branch’s daily operations, ensuring that security services are delivered efficiently, contractual obligations are met, and clients receive exceptional service.
This leadership role requires extensive experience in security operations, people management, financial oversight, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
The Branch Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing the overall operations of the Bloemfontein branch.
- Overseeing operational, financial, transport, and human resource functions.
- Managing Operations Managers, Site Managers, and Supervisors.
- Ensuring all security personnel are deployed according to contractual agreements.
- Monitoring compliance with site-specific security requirements.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Conducting regular meetings with clients and internal management teams.
- Performing quarterly performance appraisals for operational and administrative staff.
- Leading staff training, development, and succession planning initiatives.
- Assisting with annual budget preparation and ensuring budget compliance.
- Managing branch assets, fleet vehicles, and firearm control.
- Overseeing duty rosters and staff scheduling.
- Ensuring procurement procedures are followed for purchases and repairs.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
- PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation.
- At least 10 years’ experience in the security industry.
- Extensive senior management experience supervising a large security workforce.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems.
- Experience in financial management and budget control.
- Experience managing a fleet of vehicles.
- Strong people management and leadership abilities.
- Excellent administration, communication, and client liaison skills.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications.
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable own transport.
- Firearm competency certification.
- A clear criminal record.
