Project Objective
The objective of this tender is to appoint a supplier for the design, manufacture, packaging, and delivery of 5,000 cardboard furniture packs, each consisting of:
- One cardboard table
- Two cardboard chairs
The furniture will be used at electoral stations during election activities and must be lightweight, durable, recyclable, easy to assemble, and suitable for repeated use over several days.
Scope of Work
The successful bidder will be responsible for:
Design and Manufacturing
- Designing and manufacturing cardboard furniture according to IEC specifications.
- Producing 5,000 complete furniture packs.
- Ensuring structural integrity and ergonomic functionality.
Packaging
- Packaging each furniture set in a protective cardboard box.
- Clearly labelling each package with:
- Supplier information
- Product description
- Handling instructions where applicable
Delivery
- Delivering furniture packs to designated IEC warehouses nationwide.
- Completing all deliveries by 28 August 2026.
- Ensuring safe transportation and handling during distribution.
Evaluation Samples
Bidders must:
