Responsibilities:
Coordinate hospital case management processes; manage communication with medical funders; ensure accurate clinical coding and compliance with funder requirements; minimize financial risk through effective patient stay management; oversee case finalization for reimbursements; lead and manage the Case Management team (if applicable).
Qualifications:
Clinical qualification required; Registered/Professional Nurse or qualified Paramedic preferred; minimum 3 years’ experience in a clinical role; experience in ICU, Theatre, or with medical aids is advantageous.
