    • Job Title: Time & Attendance (T&A) Consultant
    • Department: Workforce Management / Support / Consulting
    • Reporting To: T&A Manager / Operations Manager
    • Employment Type: Full-Time

    Purpose of the Role

    To implement, support, and optimize Time & Attendance (T&A) systems while ensuring accurate integration with payroll processes. The role focuses on improving workforce efficiency, data accuracy, and client satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Implement and support T&A solutions for clients

    • Troubleshoot and resolve timekeeping and payroll-related issues

    • Manage data preparation, batch processing, and exports

    • Ensure accurate integration between T&A and payroll systems

    • Act as the main point of contact for client support and queries

    • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements

    • Support payroll processes with accurate T&A data

    Minimum Requirements

    • 5+ years’ experience in a support or consulting role

    • 2+ years’ experience with payroll systems (e.g., Sage, Pastel)

    Preferred Skills & Experience

    • Experience with biometric/time-tracking systems

    • Basic technical or programming knowledge

    • Strong client-facing experience

    Key Competencies

    • Attention to detail and accuracy

    • Effective communication and client engagement

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients

    Work Conditions

    Office-based or hybrid (depending on company setup)

    • May require occasional client interaction or support outside standard hours during payroll cycles
