Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 10 or NQF 3 with 1 year of relevant experience OR Grade 12 without experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and the dominant language of the area
- Valid South African ID or work permit
- Strong numeracy skills to perform basic calculations accurately
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Ability to perform well under pressure

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence

Assist customers in selecting the right products and resolving queries

Address and resolve customer complaints professionally
Merchandising & Stock Management

Maintain stock display according to store layout and safety regulations

Ensure shelves are fully stocked, organized, and price labels are accurate
Store Housekeeping & Safety

Keep aisles and designated areas clean, tidy, and obstacle-free

Comply with Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) requirements

Report damaged stock to the Store Manager
Drive for Results & Problem-Solving
