Job Overview
Clicks Group is seeking a customer-focused and sales-driven Sales Advisor to join The Body Shop at Northridge Mall, Bloemfontein.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing knowledgeable product recommendations and maximising sales through effective cross-selling and up-selling techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive store sales through effective cross-selling and up-selling.
- Provide customers with excellent service and product knowledge.
- Create an appealing and welcoming shopping environment.
- Execute promotional activities and daily in-store requirements.
- Follow store operating procedures to minimise loss and shrinkage.
- Build customer loyalty and contribute to increased profitability.
- Ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
- Assist customers with their product needs and recommendations.
- Maintain good stock management practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12 – essential.
- Experience in cosmetics – essential.
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience – desirable.
