Qualifications & Experience:
- BIT or BSc in Computer Science (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in full-stack web development
- Experience with web-based GIS & mapping
- Basic knowledge of statistics, machine learning, and artificial neural networks
- Ability to integrate local (offline) and online data sources for web display
- Understanding of hierarchical user access control and secure information levels
- Proficiency in developing graphical displays for analytical outcomes
- Capability to develop communication & reporting systems (automated alerts, PDF reports, WhatsApp bots, emails, etc.)
- Knowledge of app development is a plus (Android Studio, Apple Developer)
