    Responsibilities:

    • Manage daily operations of the sports department

    • Set high standards in conduct, attendance, and dress

    • Foster strong relationships with learners, staff, and parents

    • Promote a positive, team-oriented department culture

    • Stay updated on coaching practices and plan ahead

    • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism

    • Uphold school values and standards through sport

    • Coordinate and participate in school sporting activities

    • Mentor and develop coaching staff

    Qualifications:

    • Recognised qualification in a relevant field

    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role

    • Current SACE registration

    • Strong leadership and team management skills

    • Excellent organisational and administrative abilities

    • Effective sports practitioner with good communication skills

    • Ability to solve problems and provide professional guidance

    • A clear criminal record
