Job Title: Sales Executive: New Vehicles (KIA)

Responsibilities:
Manage customer relationships and optimise sales opportunities
Prospect for new clients and grow existing customer base
Achieve monthly sales targets
Present and sell vehicle features and benefits
Handle objections and deliver excellent customer service
Conduct professional handovers and manage customer expectations
Participate in regular sales meetings and OEM training sessions
Drive marketing and promotional activities
Qualifications:
Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
Valid, unendorsed driver’s license
Minimum 3 years of motor dealership sales experience, preferably with new vehicles
Proven ability to meet sales targets
Computer literate and understanding of retail industry compliance
Proficiency in English and Afrikaans (read, write, speak)
Preferred Skills & Attributes:
Excellent communication and selling skills
Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
Commercial awareness and digital literacy
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
High self-motivation, ethical conduct, and adaptability
