Requirements:

Grade 12 and a Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) in Public Management, Business Admin, or Built Environment

Minimum 5 years’ senior/middle management experience

Pre-entry Certificate for SMS positions (compulsory, 120-hour course at R400)

Knowledge of PFMA, Treasury Regulations, government systems, Batho Pele, etc.

Strong management, project, and analytical skills

Valid driver’s license
