Job Description
Job Purpose:
To coordinate multiple concurrent activities—operational and strategic—supporting the Executive Director: Resources and Operations in achieving divisional objectives effectively.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

Deliver high-level secretarial and reception services to the Executive Director

Provide financial administrative support including handling budgets and expenses
-
Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including document control and scheduling
-
Coordinate logistical arrangements such as travel, meetings, and events
-
Handle liaison and client care, acting as the first point of contact for the office
-
Support the preparation and submission of official reports and documentation
Minimum Requirements:

Qualification:
-
A Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Degree in Office Administration, Business Management, Public Administration, or related field

Experience:
-
Minimum of 5 years experience in administrative support to a Senior or Executive Manager
-
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
-
Postgraduate qualification in the relevant field (Office Admin, Business/Public Management, etc.)
-
7 years or more of relevant executive-level admin experience
-
Professional certification from OPSA (Office Professionals of South Africa) or similar recognised body
