Job Description
Job Purpose:
To provide exceptional customer service and contribute to sales in-store by embodying the Kingsley Heath brand and lifestyle through energetic, knowledgeable, and people-driven retail styling.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service by building genuine connections with customers

Assist customers in selecting African luxury clothing, footwear, and accessories

Achieve and exceed personal sales targets

Maintain store appearance and adhere to merchandising standards

Requirements / Desired Attitudes:
No formal qualifications or retail experience required – training will be provided.
