Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Product Team to design innovative, functional, and durable garments
-
Apply commercial insights to shape fit-for-purpose workwear solutions
-
Participate in the full garment lifecycle, from concept through to development
-
Engage cross-functionally with various teams to bring ideas to life
-
Learn through real-world, hands-on experience while being mentored by industry leaders
-
Make meaningful contributions to the business and to workforce communities
Qualifications:
-
Final-year undergraduate or postgraduate student, graduating in 2025
-
Aged 25 or younger
-
Outstanding academic performance
-
Demonstrated interest in community involvement and social activities
-
Part-time work experience is advantageous
-
No previous full-time formal work experience
-
Must reside in South Africa
