Tender Objective
The purpose of this quotation is to:
- Conduct a comprehensive electrical inspection and testing assessment at Tseki Clinic.
- Identify electrical defects, non-compliance issues, and safety risks.
- Perform required electrical repairs.
- Issue a valid Certificate of Compliance (CoC) once compliance requirements have been met.
- Ensure the clinic’s electrical installation complies with applicable electrical regulations and safety standards.
Scope of Work
1. Electrical Inspection and Testing
The appointed contractor will be required to:
- Conduct a full assessment of the electrical installation.
- Inspect distribution boards and electrical panels.
- Test electrical circuits and protection devices.
- Evaluate earthing and bonding systems.
- Assess wiring, sockets, switches, and electrical equipment.
- Identify safety hazards and non-compliance issues.
2. Electrical Repairs
Following the assessment, the contractor must:
- Rectify identified defects.
- Repair damaged electrical components.
- Replace faulty electrical equipment where necessary.
- Ensure installations meet applicable standards and regulations.
- Restore safe operation of the electrical system.
3. Certification
Upon successful completion of inspections and repairs, the contractor must:
- Issue a valid Certificate of Compliance (CoC).
- Provide supporting inspection and testing documentation.
- Confirm compliance with electrical safety regulations.
Technical Requirements
The successful bidder must:
- Conduct inspections according to relevant electrical standards.
- Perform comprehensive electrical testing.
- Identify and rectify non-compliant installations.

Eligibility Requirements
CIDB Grading
Tenderers must possess:
CIDB Contractor Grading: 2 EB or Higher
Preference will be given to contractors who meet or exceed this requirement.

- Electrical inspections.
