The role involves programming, testing, designing, and documenting ERP functionalities while ensuring compliance with the Software Development Lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and write code for assigned programs as specified by the direct manager.
- Conduct testing of developed programs to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Design and document program specifications according to requirements.
- Maintain adherence to the defined Software Development Lifecycle.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and accurately report on projects and tickets.
- Ensure the IT department remains the preferred IT service provider within the business.
- Identify, report, and manage risks within the IT department.
- Deliver high-quality code and ensure minimal ticket comebacks.
- Attend and participate in daily scrum meetings.
- Continuously identify potential improvements to systems and processes.
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Mandatory Qualifications:
- B.Sc in Information Technology (or a related field).
Preferred Experience:
- Development experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017 and/or Business Central.
- Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017 or Business Central.
- Proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL) and Structured Query Language (SQL) Server, including stored procedures.
- Experience with source code control systems such as GIT.
- Current instance development experience (advantageous).
