Job Responsibilities
As the Dry-Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
1. Team Supervision and Coordination
- Managing the daily activities of the dry-cleaning team.
- Ensuring that all personnel are utilized effectively.
- Mentoring and training employees to maintain high work standards.
- Conducting performance evaluations and addressing team concerns.
- Monitoring compliance with safety regulations.
2. Farm Operations and Coordination

3. Documentation and Reporting

- Keeping track of diesel usage reports and mechanical repair logs.
- Submitting maintenance and repair job cards to management.
4. Mechanical Responsibilities
- Conducting daily inspections on farm equipment.
- Performing routine maintenance, such as checking batteries, lubricating equipment, and changing oil.
- Ensuring spare parts and tools are available for on-the-spot repairs.
- Reporting major mechanical issues to the relevant workshop or service team.
- Ensuring compliance with vehicle/equipment safety procedures.
Job Requirements

Education and Experience
- Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 equivalent.
- 1+ years of supervisory experience.
- Experience in mechanics or technical fields is advantageous.
