We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Higher Education Consultant to join our Bloemfontein campus team. The role is responsible for converting leads into enrolments by providing personalised educational consulting and exceptional customer service to prospective students. This position reports directly to the Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Conversion

Qualify and convert leads into enrolments through calls, interviews, presentations, and events

Follow up on school, digital, and marketing-generated leads
-
Achieve enrolment headcount and revenue targets across all learning modes, qualifications, and campuses

Track and report sales performance and conversion metrics
Customer Experience & Consulting

Provide guidance and advice to prospective students and parents about the most suitable academic programmes
-
Conduct in-depth needs analysis to match student goals with Eduvos offerings
-
Nurture leads through the application-to-enrolment lifecycle
-
Support prospective students with application and registration processes
Reporting & Compliance
-
Ensure accurate and timeous data entry and reporting through CRM systems
-
Maintain product knowledge on all Eduvos qualifications
-
Comply with Eduvos policies, procedures, and sales protocols
Minimum Requirements
Education:
-
A relevant undergraduate degree in Commerce, Education, Marketing, or Social Sciences
Experience:
-
At least 2 years of proven sales experience
-
Higher education or teaching exposure is advantageous
-
At least 2 years of account management or customer relationship experience
Additional Requirements:
-
Valid driver’s license and own transport
-
Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings

Local travel for marketing and recruitment activities
