Responsibilities:

Support daily financial operations including expenditure control and gross profit margin optimization

Ensure stock control, waste management, and compliance with health & safety standards

Assist in achieving business performance indicators such as turnover, customer count, and profit margins

Oversee staff scheduling, induction, training, and discipline in line with company policies
-
Support execution of local and national marketing campaigns

Handle customer complaints and contribute to service improvements

Fulfill the role of Restaurant Manager in their absence
Qualifications:

Matric (Grade 12)
-
2–3 years restaurant management experience (3+ years preferred)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
-
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations
-
Excellent communication and leadership skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Valid driver’s license and own vehicle (preferred)
