    Key Responsibilities

    • Procuring marketing materials, venues, catering services, and reasonable accommodation.
    • Coordinating marketing and communication efforts for CUADS events.
    • Communicating general CUADS-related information to students.
    • Administering the CUADS email address.
    • Updating the CUADS website with relevant content.

    Eligibility Criteria

    To qualify for this internship, candidates must meet the following inherent requirements:

    • Hold a Bachelor’s degree, Advanced Diploma, B-Tech degree, or Postgraduate Certificate (NQF Level 7) in Marketing or a related field.
    • Not be currently enrolled in any learnership or internship programme.
    • Have no previous formal work experience.
    • Be willing to sign an internship agreement with the University of the Free State.
    • Be available for the full one-year duration of the internship.

    Preferred Qualifications and Experience

    While not mandatory, the following experience and skills would be advantageous:

    • Previous experience in a student appointment position within a higher education environment.
