Responsibilities:

Assist in managing all operational aspects of the store

Drive turnover and maximize profitability

Minimize shrinkage by identifying and managing stock-related risks

Deliver excellent customer service aligned with the company’s experience strategy

Recruit, train, mentor, and retain top retail talent

Oversee innovative visual merchandising to increase sales

Qualifications:

Matric or equivalent qualification

3+ years of retail management experience

Computer literacy (Microsoft Office proficiency)

Clear criminal record
