Responsibilities:
Assist in managing all operational aspects of the store
Drive turnover and maximize profitability
Minimize shrinkage by identifying and managing stock-related risks
Deliver excellent customer service aligned with the company’s experience strategy
Recruit, train, mentor, and retain top retail talent
Oversee innovative visual merchandising to increase sales
Ensure adherence to company policies and health & safety practices
Foster a dynamic, inspiring, and aligned store team culture
Qualifications:
Matric or equivalent qualification
3+ years of retail management experience
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office proficiency)
Clear criminal record
