Responsibilities:
Assist regional employees with payroll and salary-related tasks
Compile attendance registers for Admin and Security departments
Process ill-health and retirement claims
Relieve switchboard staff when needed
Maintain records of claims sent to Head Office monthly
Support stores staff during stocktaking activities
Reconcile leave, overtime, and standby records for Head Office submission
Manage vehicle log sheet compilation and reconciliation
Compile rental and electricity accounts for employees and tenants
Process claims for medical practitioners and FEMA
Handle petty cash claims, reconciliations, and weekly sign-offs
Ensure proper petty cash handover before and after leave
Adhere to organisational policies and health & safety protocols
Perform additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Grade 12 (Matric)
Minimum of 1 year of clerical/administrative experience
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and administrative accuracy
Customer service orientation
Valid driver’s license
Basic financial and record-keeping skills
