Job Title: Administrative Officer: Human Resources

Responsibilities:
The Administrative Officer: Human Resources will provide key administrative support to ensure effective functioning of the HR and operational systems within the Bethlehem Office. Core duties include:

Supporting the Manager with financial administration tasks, including processing and tracking budgets and expenditure.

Implementing supply chain management (SCM) procedures, such as procurement requests, asset control, and documentation.
-
Rendering general administrative support services, such as data management, filing, scheduling, and coordination of HR operations.
-
Supervising and managing administrative resources, ensuring high standards of service delivery and efficient workflow.

Handling personnel and HR-related records, ensuring compliance with public sector regulations.

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate reporting and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
To be eligible for this position, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

An appropriate degree or National Diploma in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or Public Management, or an NQF Level 5 qualification in a related field.

A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in administrative functions, particularly within:

Human Resources
-
Supply Chain Management
-
Financial/Budget Administration
-
General Public Sector Administration
-
-
Strong computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office Suite.

Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
