Job Description
The Work Integrated Learnership provides Financial Management students with an opportunity to gain practical workplace experience relevant to their field of study.
Successful learners will perform basic duties under the supervision of an assigned mentor and complete tasks in accordance with their Learner Guide, Workbook and/or Logbook.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be South African citizens.
- Have completed Grade 12.
- Possess an N6 Certificate or academic record.
- Be eligible for Work Integrated Learning in Financial Management.
- TVET students who have already completed an 18-month learnership may not apply.
Preference will be given to historically disadvantaged individuals.

Candidates should have:
- Good communication skills.
- Computer skills.
- Sound organisational abilities.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Effective time-management skills.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- A neat and well-presented appearance.
Key Duties
- Perform basic tasks assigned by the mentor.
- Complete duties related to the learner’s field of study.
- Follow the requirements of the Learner Guide, Workbook and/or Logbook.
- Attend the funded Personal Mastery Course for Work Integrated Learning appointees.
- Gain practical workplace experience relevant to Financial Management.
