Vodacom’s Early Careers Internship Programme is a 12-month opportunity designed to provide qualified South African graduates with hands-on work experience in a dynamic, digital, and innovation-driven environment. The programme aims to develop future leaders and feed into Vodacom’s Discover Graduate Programme or permanent roles within the company.
Interns will gain valuable exposure to real-world business challenges, receive ongoing training, and have access to networking and mentorship opportunities with professionals across Vodacom’s core business areas.

Qualifications:

South African Citizen by birth

Must be 26 years old or younger

Minimum of a B-Degree (BCom, BSc, BTech – NQF 7)

A 3-year National Diploma (NQF 6) will be considered in the following fields only:

Electrical / Electronic Engineering

Computer Software Engineering

Information Systems / Information Technology

Minimum 65% academic average
-
0–1 year working experience post studies
