Role Overview
The Team Leader (Mobile) will play a key role in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while growing the mobile customer base. This position requires a strong leader who can understand customer needs, manage diverse personalities, and uphold Hollywoodbets’ reputation in the market.

Key Responsibilities
The Team Leader (Mobile) will be responsible for the following core duties:
Sales & Marketing Execution
- Work closely with Area Managers to ensure all sales targets are met.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events in collaboration with the regional marketing team.
- Ensure all marketing materials are available and in excellent condition for promotional activities.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of promotions using tools like Promo Tracker.
- Conduct market research and analysis to enhance mobile department strategies.
- Identify potential Top Up Voucher (TUV) outlets and visit them to ensure maximum market penetration.
Team Leadership & Management
- Oversee the performance of sales agents, setting daily targets and conducting performance reviews twice a year.
- Handle HR-related functions including poor performance management, absenteeism tracking, and leave management.
- Recruit and interview potential team members in collaboration with the HR department and Area Manager.
- Provide ongoing training to ensure sales agents are well-versed in different betting types, processes, and promotions.
- Manage daily cash-ups, ensuring adherence to cash-up procedures and reporting any discrepancies to management.
Operational Efficiency
- Ensure company vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and that branding is in good condition. Weekly vehicle inspections and servicing must be conducted as required.
- Complete and submit daily reports on sales performance and operational activities.
- Ensure smooth stock management, with daily reports on stock levels and usage.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, enabling the team to upsell and maximize customer engagement.
Requirements
