Tender Description
The Free State Department of Health invites suitably qualified contractors to tender for the supply and replacement of ceilings, cornices and ceiling strips in various wards at the Free State Psychiatric Complex in Bloemfontein.
The purpose of the project is to maintain and improve interior building infrastructure across designated wards. Contractors must supply the required materials and carry out replacement work in accordance with the specifications and conditions set out in the official tender documents.
Scope of Work
The successful contractor will be responsible for the following:
Supply of materials required for ceilings, cornices and ceiling strips.
Removal and demolition of existing ceiling components where necessary.
Replacement and installation of new ceiling systems, cornices and ceiling strips.
Execution of the work across designated wards within the Free State Psychiatric Complex.
Coordination of material delivery and installation activities.
