Job Summary
Matjhabeng Local Municipality seeks to establish a panel of suppliers for the supply and delivery of motor vehicle parts for a period of three (3) years. Suppliers will be appointed on a as-and-when-required basis, depending on the municipality’s vehicle maintenance and operational needs.
This tender is a re-advertisement, meaning the municipality is re-opening the tender process to ensure a wider supplier base or to fill gaps in the previous panel.
Objectives
The main goals of this tender are:
- Establish a panel of qualified suppliers for vehicle parts
Ensure continuous availability of parts for municipal fleet maintenance - Improve turnaround time for vehicle repairs
- Ensure cost-effective procurement of quality parts

Scope of Work
1. Supply of Vehicle Parts

Provide a wide range of motor vehicle parts for the municipal fleet

2. Delivery

Supply and delivery as-and-when-required over a 3-year contract

Delivery to the municipality’s depot or specified locations within Matjhabeng

Prompt delivery based on service calls and maintenance schedules
3. Panel Supplier Arrangement
