Tender Objective
The objective of this RFQ is to procure and deliver one laptop and two hard drives that meet specified technical and performance standards to support the operational requirements of Mantsopa Local Municipality.

Compliance and Submission Requirements
Bidders must:

Complete and submit MBD 4 and MBD 6.1 forms

Be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)

Provide a Municipal Rates and Taxes Account or Municipal Services Charges Statement (not in arrears for more than three months)

Submit a CSD report or certified copies of IDs

Ensure the quotation is signed by an authorized person

Comply with municipal procurement policies and preferential points system (including ownership and youth status, where applicable)
