Job Overview
The Sales Agent (Field) will be responsible for meeting daily, weekly, and monthly mobile sales targets. Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Excellence
- Assist customers with account openings and betting queries.
- Guide customers through the sign-up process and ensure all required FICA documents, such as clear ID copies, are submitted.
- Educate customers on mobile betting products and services.
- Provide support to new customers by demonstrating how to use the Hollywoodbets mobile application and take advantage of the sign-up bonus.
Sales and Marketing
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly mobile sales targets.
- Actively drive sales by demonstrating the benefits of Hollywoodbets mobile betting to new and existing customers.
- Promote Hollywoodbets’ mobile services at various outlets, events, and promotional sites.
- Encourage potential customers to sign up for online betting services.
- Keep an accurate record of all sales activities and report progress to management.
- Ensure that all promotional materials and displays are arranged to attract maximum attention from potential customers.
Operations and Training
- Participate in weekly training sessions such as Moodle, bet strike, Voice Note Training, and Trainers on Wheels.
- Ensure all mobile equipment and sales materials are properly managed, maintained, and secured.
- Be willing to travel between different branches and stores as per operational requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to create a positive impression of the Hollywoodbets brand.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned by management.
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Prior experience as a promoter or similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
