TENDER DESCRIPTION
This project involves the replacement of old asbestos cement (AC) water pipelines with modern UPVC pipelines in Frankfort/Namahadi (Phase 1).
The aim is to:
- Improve water supply reliability
- Upgrade aging infrastructure
- Remove hazardous AC piping
- Enhance water quality and system performance
OBJECTIVE
- Remove existing AC (asbestos cement) pipelines
- Install new UPVC water pipelines
- Improve long-term water infrastructure efficiency
