    The Recruitment Admin / Sales Consultant Recruiter is responsible for providing essential administrative support to the recruitment team while assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination. This role also supports sales consultants with client engagement and follow-ups, ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflow. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Schedule interviews and manage all associated documentation and candidate records.

    • Maintain updated recruitment databases, filing systems, and application tracking tools.

    • Post job advertisements on multiple platforms and monitor application responses.

    • Screen and shortlist candidates according to client requirements.

    • Assist sales consultants with client engagement, follow-ups, and administrative tasks.

    • Compile weekly and monthly recruitment reports.

    • Ensure all administrative tasks related to recruitment and sales are completed accurately and on time.

    • Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.

    Requirements

    • Matric / NQF Level 4 or higher.

    • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.

    • Strong computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    • Previous experience in recruitment or sales support is advantageous.
