The Retail Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient staff management, and effective stock control. The ideal candidate is a friendly, professional, and service-driven individual with strong leadership skills and proven experience in retail operations. This role requires hands-on management, attention to detail, and the ability to foster a positive and productive store environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth, efficient workflow.

Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold high service standards.

Supervise staff scheduling, onboarding, training, and performance management.

Oversee stock ordering, receiving, inventory control, and accurate record-keeping.

Ensure the store complies with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Maintain a professional, welcoming, and customer-friendly store atmosphere.
Minimum Requirements

3–5 years of experience in a retail environment.

Professional, welcoming, and customer-focused personality.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to manage stock orders and maintain accurate inventory control.

Experience with recruitment and onboarding of new staff members.

Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.

Matric (Grade 12); a related qualification is an advantage.
Required Skills

Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).

Fluent in English and Afrikaans; additional languages are an advantage.
