Job Purpose
To supervise and manage the transportation of cargo for clients during the night shift. The role is responsible for overseeing driver movements, ensuring adherence to schedules and routes, and maintaining effective communication with drivers and clients to ensure seamless operations.
Duties & Responsibilities

Monitor and manage driver movements during the night shift

Communicate consistently with drivers to ensure adherence to schedules

Ensure drivers follow correct routes as planned by Fleet Controllers and Fleet Schedulers

Maintain proper communication with clients when required

Record and report all incidents and accidents accurately

Perform additional tasks as required by management or supervisory personnel

Strong organisational skills with the ability to delegate and meet strict deadlines

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Solid working knowledge of Microsoft-related programs

Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
Experience & Education

National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)

Previous experience in the transport industry (advantageous)
Salary & Benefits

Salary: R9,000 per month

Night Shift Allowance: R1,500
