South African National Parks hereby invites suitably qualified and compliant service providers to submit quotations for the hire of transport services to support official stakeholder movements at Golden Gate Highlands National Park, Free State.
Scope of Services
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:
Provision of transport services for stakeholders

Phuthaditjhaba (Freedom Square) → Golden Gate Hotel → ReturnScheduled service date: 07 March 2026
Supply of a 15-seater vehicle suitable for passenger transport
Adherence to agreed schedules and operational requirements
Mandatory Technical Requirements
Vehicle Requirements:
Roadworthy, safe, and suitable for passenger transport
Fully insured in the bidder’s name
Driver Requirements:
Valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP)
Proven experience in passenger transport services
Compliance Documentation:
Valid vehicle insurance
Tax compliance status
BBBEE certificate or affidavit
Completed pricing schedule (unit price, VAT, and total cost)
