Role Summary:
Lead and manage a mobile team of Sim Agents to drive activation of Flash SIM cards across the region. You’ll be responsible for recruiting, coordinating, and ensuring agents meet their targets while maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Execute project plans aligned with SIM activation strategy (increase VABS in region)

Manage daily operations of Mobile Sim Agents

Recruit, grow, and supervise Mobile Sim Agents

Ensure agents meet daily and monthly activation targets
-
Manage SIM stock distribution efficiently among agents
-
Ensure all agents are registered in Geo Rep (tracking system)

Maintain company vehicle and ensure PDP license is valid
-
Execute network campaigns effectively
-
Oversee ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements / Qualifications

Matric certificate
-
Valid driver’s license with PDP (Professional Driving Permit)

Ability to travel within the region

Strong communication and verbal skills

Flexibility and ability to work extended hours

Self-motivated, able to work without supervision
