    Overall Purpose

    To acquire new business, grow existing accounts, and design end-to-end integrated security solutions for clients across different market sectors. The role requires strong sales ability, technical understanding of integrated security solutions, and client relationship management.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Grow revenue by securing new clients and expanding current portfolios

    • Meet assigned sales targets

    • Conduct site surveys and design full security solutions

    • Prepare, price, and present complex proposals

    • Submit accurate quotations and technical addendums

    • Maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent service

    • Perform cold-calling and identify new market opportunities

    • Submit weekly and monthly reports

    • Maintain comprehensive competitor and industry knowledge

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Post-matric qualification

    • Senior sales experience in the security industry

    • PSIRA Grade B

    • Valid driver’s licence & reliable vehicle

    • Ability to work under pressure and travel
