    Position Overview

    • Job Title: Meta Campaign Manager / Media Buyer

    • Employer: ClinicGrower

    • Location: Remote (must overlap M-F 4AM–7PM EST)

    • Job Type: Full-time

    • Salary: R16,500 – R38,000 per month

    Role Purpose

    Manage end-to-end digital advertising campaigns, mainly on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads, to generate high-quality leads for medical and dental clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Digital Marketing & Ad Management

      • Create, manage, and optimize campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms

      • Set up and monitor ad audiences, retargeting campaigns, and lookalike audiences

      • Implement ad copy, images, videos, and landing pages using best practices

      • Focus on TOF, MOF, BOF funnels

    2. Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization

      • Manage campaigns for ~30 ad accounts weekly

      • Conduct A/B testing and optimize funnels, ads, and landing pages

      • Track KPIs like Cost Per Lead (CPL) and ROI

    3. Reporting & Analytics

      • Compile and analyze campaign data, provide actionable insights

      • Communicate performance and recommendations to managers

    4. Project Management & Communication

      • Manage timelines, tasks, and campaigns using tools like Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, Slack

      • Attend team meetings, training, and coaching sessions

      • Communicate wins, issues, and improvements proactively

    5. Tools & Software

      • Advertising Platforms: Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Ads, Google Ads

      • Funnels & Automation: GoHighLevel (GHL), ClickFunnels

      • Analytics & Tracking: Google Analytics, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity

    Requirements

    • Minimum 2 years professional experience managing digital ads on Meta platforms

    • Familiarity with funnels, lead generation, and automation

    • Tech-savvy with experience using multiple marketing tools

    • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

    • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment

    • Strict attention to detail and follow SOPs
