    Job Purpose:

    To manage and oversee the integrated operational functions of Pest Control, Hygiene, Cleaning, and Security across multiple client sites, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. This role reports directly to the Regional Manager.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Pest Control

    FunctionDuties
    Inspection & AssessmentConduct site inspections to assess pest infestations
    Treatment PlanningDevelop tailored treatment and eradication plans
    ImplementationApply pesticides/treatments per safety standards
    Prevention & AdviceRecommend preventative measures and client education

    Hygiene

    FunctionDuties
    Deep CleaningMust have hands-on experience
    SchedulingAvailable for night-shifts and weekends
    Chemical ManagementControl and monitor chemical stock usage
    Task ExecutionComplete daily work instructions accurately

    Cleaning

    FunctionDuties
    Staff ManagementArrange relief staff when needed
    Site SupervisionConduct regular site inspections and visits
    ReportingHandle weekly admin and reporting responsibilities

    Security

    Site SupportAssist site managers and security officers
    Systems CheckEnsure alarm systems and control rooms are operational
    Risk AssessmentCarry out daily site risk assessments

    Minimum Requirements:

    Incident ReportingAble to draft detailed reports
