    Job Purpose:

    To manage and oversee the integrated operational functions of Pest Control, Hygiene, Cleaning, and Security across multiple client sites, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. This role reports directly to the Regional Manager.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Pest Control

    Function Duties
    Inspection & Assessment Conduct site inspections to assess pest infestations
    Treatment Planning Develop tailored treatment and eradication plans
    Implementation Apply pesticides/treatments per safety standards
    Prevention & Advice Recommend preventative measures and client education

    Hygiene

    Function Duties
    Deep Cleaning Must have hands-on experience
    Scheduling Available for night-shifts and weekends
    Chemical Management Control and monitor chemical stock usage
    Task Execution Complete daily work instructions accurately

    Cleaning

    Function Duties
    Staff Management Arrange relief staff when needed
    Site Supervision Conduct regular site inspections and visits
    Reporting Handle weekly admin and reporting responsibilities

    Security

    Function Duties
    Site Support Assist site managers and security officers
    Systems Check Ensure alarm systems and control rooms are operational
    Risk Assessment Carry out daily site risk assessments
    Incident Management Coordinate responses to incidents with police/security teams

    Minimum Requirements:

    Requirement Status
    Matric (Grade 12) Required
    Valid Driver’s License Required
    Grade C PSIRA Certificate Required
    Qualified Pest Control Operator Licensed & Certified
    Medical Fitness Must pass test
    Computer Literacy Required
    Management Experience Minimum 3 years
    OHS Act Knowledge Essential
    Incident Reporting Able to draft detailed reports
