Job Purpose:
To manage and oversee the integrated operational functions of Pest Control, Hygiene, Cleaning, and Security across multiple client sites, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. This role reports directly to the Regional Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Pest Control

| Inspection & Assessment | Conduct site inspections to assess pest infestations |
| Treatment Planning | Develop tailored treatment and eradication plans |
| Implementation | Apply pesticides/treatments per safety standards |
| Prevention & Advice | Recommend preventative measures and client education |
Hygiene
| Function | Duties |

| Deep Cleaning | Must have hands-on experience |
| Scheduling | Available for night-shifts and weekends |
| Chemical Management | Control and monitor chemical stock usage |
| Task Execution | Complete daily work instructions accurately |
Cleaning
| Function | Duties |

| Staff Management | Arrange relief staff when needed |
| Site Supervision | Conduct regular site inspections and visits |
| Reporting | Handle weekly admin and reporting responsibilities |
Security
| Function | Duties |

| Systems Check | Ensure alarm systems and control rooms are operational |
| Risk Assessment | Carry out daily site risk assessments |
| Incident Management | Coordinate responses to incidents with police/security teams |
Minimum Requirements:

| OHS Act Knowledge | Essential |
| Incident Reporting | Able to draft detailed reports |
