The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations across Eduvos’ Bloemfontein, Potchefstroom, and Vanderbijlpark campuses. Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership: Drive new enrolments and revenue targets across assigned campuses, ensuring year-on-year growth.

Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop a sales team of at least 8 members, ensuring strong performance and engagement.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement growth strategies, sales forecasts, and business plans.

Operational Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor sales execution, and ensure compliance with policies and governance standards.

Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to ensure regional objectives align with national strategies.

Performance Reporting: Prepare accurate reports, analyse KPIs, and provide data-driven recommendations.

Talent & Development: Recruit, onboard, and develop sales professionals while ensuring succession planning for future leadership.
Minimum Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Advanced Diploma acceptable.

Experience: At least 6 years in sales or marketing management, preferably in higher education.

Leadership: Proven track record in managing sales teams (8+ members) and exceeding revenue goals.

Skills: Strong sales, marketing, and customer engagement skills, with knowledge of digital collaboration tools.
