Purpose of the Tender
The purpose of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to administer the First Home Finance programme for qualifying beneficiaries within Bakenpark Extension 6 and a portion of Bakenpark Extension 7.
The project aims to support the “Missing Middle” market segment—households that earn too much to qualify for fully subsidised housing but often struggle to access traditional home financing options.
Scope of Work
The appointed service provider will be responsible for the end-to-end administration of the First Home Finance programme, including:
Beneficiary Administration
- Managing applications from qualifying beneficiaries.
- Assisting applicants throughout the application process.
- Providing guidance on housing finance requirements.
Verification and Compliance
- Verifying applicant information and supporting documentation.
- Assessing eligibility requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with programme rules and housing finance regulations.
Application Processing
- Processing applications efficiently and accurately.
- Maintaining applicant records and databases.
- Coordinating approvals and communication with stakeholders.
