    Job Description

    The Postdoctoral Research Fellow will conduct advanced interdisciplinary research at the intersection of Industrial Psychology, Organisational Development, Data Science, and the Future of Work. The role focuses on improving organisational effectiveness through data-driven insights, workflow optimisation, behavioural analytics, and evidence-based decision-making.

    The successful candidate will contribute to high-impact research projects, scholarly publications, institutional innovation initiatives, and the practical application of Industrial Psychology principles within modern organisations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct independent and collaborative research in organisational workflows, workforce analytics, and organisational effectiveness.
    • Investigate methods to improve employee productivity and workflow efficiency.
    • Apply behavioural analytics to understand workplace performance and employee behaviour.
    • Use data science and advanced analytical techniques to support HR and organisational decision-making.
    • Conduct workforce planning and predictive people analytics research.
    • Explore the impact of digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and automation on organisations and employees.
    • Develop and evaluate performance management systems and workflow intelligence frameworks.
    • Research change management strategies within technology-enabled organisations.
    • Contribute to the design of human-centred work systems and organisational processes.
    • Produce scholarly publications in accredited journals.
    • Present research findings at academic conferences and professional forums.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary research teams and institutional stakeholders.
    • Support organisational innovation through evidence-based recommendations.
