Minimum Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12
- Basic Pharmacist Assistant qualification
- Registered with the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC)
- Working experience on Unisolv
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong numerical skills
- Fluent in English and a second language
- Willingness to work retail hours
Advantageous:
- Knowledge of Retail/FMCG operations
- A third additional language
- Experience with SAP and E-Scripting
- Knowledge of drug and family planning, and complementary medicine

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the sale of Schedule 1 and 2 medicines
- Assist in compounding and preparation of non-sterile medicine
- Support in repackaging and stock distribution of Schedule 1-5 medicines
- Handle prescription reading, selection, and preparation of medicine
- Provide accurate medication instructions to patients
- Stay updated on medical aid procedures for claims
- Assist with medical aid cost explanations
- Ensure accurate submission of claims and resolve any errors
- Maintain and merge customer profiles
- Report stock errors and ensure stock control
- Facilitate bi-annual stock takes
