Purpose of the Role:
The Luminate Store Replenishment Analyst supports store operations by ensuring accurate store orders, maintaining optimal stock availability, and resolving inventory-related queries. The role also involves managing relationships with store managers and suppliers, tracking and analyzing stock data, and providing feedback to the replenishment function.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain store replenishment parameters to create accurate store orders.
Support store operations with inventory queries and stock-related issues.
Track, analyze, and report stock levels, including number of days reports.
Assist the replenishment function with planning and operational support.
Monitor and ensure stock availability to meet customer expectations.
Analyze stock levels and support compliance assurance initiatives.
Manage relationships with store managers and suppliers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in logistics, inventory, or supply chain operations.
Knowledge & Skills:
Knowledge of supply chain support functions.
Understanding of the 4 P’s model.
FMCG/perishables stock handling principles.
Ability to work in a pressurized environment.
Analytical skills for data tracking and stock reporting.
Key Competencies:
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in stock and order management.
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Ability to support operational and strategic replenishment objectives.
