Tender Description
Eskom invites suitably qualified and experienced service providers to submit bids for the servicing and maintenance of Man and General (Man & Gen) tools at Lethabo Power Station for a period of five (5) years, on an as and when required basis.
The objective of this contract is to ensure that all tools are maintained in accordance with operational, safety, and quality standards to support uninterrupted power station operations.
Scope of Work
The successful bidder will be responsible for:

Servicing, inspection, and maintenance of Man and General tools

Repair and fault rectification as required

Compliance with Eskom quality, safety, and operational standards

Submission of required quality assurance and contractual documentation

Ongoing support in line with Eskom’s maintenance schedules and call-off requirements
Mandatory Technical Requirements
Service providers must demonstrate:

A Quality Management System (QMS) compliant with ISO 9001 (certified or documented compliance)

A Contract Quality Plan aligned with ISO 10005
-
A Quality Control Plan (QCP) or Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) relevant to the scope of work

Procedures for managing non-conforming outputs and customer complaints
-
Proof of successful execution of similar projects within the last two (2) years

Risk management and customer satisfaction records
