    Clicks Group Limited is seeking a Service Advisor to ensure service excellence at the point of sale in its Bloemfontein store. The Service Advisor is responsible for managing operational activities, supervising staff, and delivering exceptional customer service, while promoting products and services and maintaining efficient store operations. This role is ideal for candidates with retail or FMCG experience who enjoy leadership, customer engagement, and operational management.

     Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee operational activities at the point of sale (POS) efficiently and effectively.

    • Manage stock, cash, and administrative tasks while minimizing shrinkage.

    • Ensure shop assistants and cashiers are trained, competent, motivated, and performing their duties.

    • Maintain sufficient staffing levels according to schedules, company policies, and labor legislation.

    • Resolve customer queries professionally and promptly in line with company policies.

    • Drive Clicks Clubcard participation targets through promotions and member engagement.

    • Act as a brand ambassador, delivering superior customer service and a professional in-store presence.

    • Stay updated on products, promotions, and events to provide accurate customer information.

    • Implement security measures, cash controls, and returns policies to safeguard stock.

     Minimum Requirements

    • Grade 12 (Matric); Maths and English at 50% or higher desirable.

    • Relevant Retail/Business Management qualification (for external applicants).

    • Minimum 1-year experience in a customer-facing role with supervisory responsibilities in retail/FMCG.

    • Experience in numeracy, stock management, and financial principles.
