Route Management Pty Ltd, a large multinational group with over 4,500 employees across Africa, is seeking a Legal Advisor to join its legal department. This role is ideal for a legal professional looking to expand expertise beyond litigation. The Legal Advisor will manage pre-litigation debt collection, oversee external attorney assignments, and draft or review standard agreements, with the potential to take on increasingly complex legal responsibilities.

The position requires a proactive, detail-oriented attorney capable of balancing multiple legal tasks while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.

 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-litigation debt collection processes.

• Manage debt collection assignments with external attorneys.

• Draft and review standard agreements for internal use.

• Review and approve external standard agreements.

• Provide general legal support and advice to the company as required.

 Minimum Requirements

• LL.B. degree (Bachelor of Laws).

• Admission as an attorney.

• Minimum of 3 years post-admission litigation experience.
